This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when Riders or Pilots cancel trips booked through our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. RIDER CANCELLATIONS

A Rider may cancel a ride before a Pilot has been assigned without any cancellation charges.

If a Rider cancels after a Pilot has been assigned or when the Pilot has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to suspension of Rider account.

2. PILOT CANCELLATIONS

Pilots are expected to honor all accepted bookings.

If a Pilot cancels after accepting a ride, the Rider will be reassigned another Pilot.

Frequent cancellations by Pilots may result in account suspension or penalties.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY

If the Rider fails to show up at the pickup point within [X] minutes of Pilot arrival, the ride may be cancelled and a no-show fee may be charged.

If the Pilot fails to show up without valid reason, the Rider may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fare.

4. REFUNDS

Prepaid fares (UPI/Wallet/Net Banking):
If the trip is cancelled in compliance with this Policy, the applicable refund will be credited back to the original payment method or Rider wallet within 5–7 business days.

Cash payments:
No cash refunds will be issued. Refunds (if applicable) may be adjusted as wallet credits.

Promotional coupons or discounts are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

5. DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS

In case of wrong fare deductions, double payments, or transaction failures, Riders must raise a complaint through the in-app Support/Help Center within 48 hours.

Valid claims will be investigated, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Cancellations or delays due to events beyond control (accidents, strikes, natural calamities, traffic restrictions, government orders, etc.) will not make the Company liable for refunds.

7. COMPANY RIGHTS

Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted in the App.

Decisions regarding refunds and cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to applicable laws.
